Open a ticket with subject “Refund to wallet Request”. Include your transaction reference and account email. Refunds are reviewed within 24 hours and credited to your wallet if approved.
Wait the full 20-minute validity period before contacting support. Try tapping Refresh in the SMS inbox. If still no SMS, some platforms block virtual numbers by design — contact us with your transaction ID for review.
