SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Numoie Technologies (“Numoie & Numoie SMS ”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using any part of the Numoie service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

2. Description of Service

Numoie provides: (a) temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS messages and OTP verification codes via the sms-man.com API, and (b) temporary disposable email addresses for one-time registrations via mail.tm or 1secmail APIs. These services are delivered via a web-based Progressive Web App (PWA) accessible at Numoie.com and its subdomains.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use Numoie for any of the following activities:

• Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation of any person or entity
• Circumventing legal identity verification requirements mandated by applicable law
• Sending spam, unsolicited communications, or illegal messages
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any financial crime
• Creating multiple fraudulent accounts to abuse free credits or promotions
• Automated scraping, bot usage, or API abuse beyond permitted personal use
• Any activity that violates applicable Nigerian or international law

Violations will result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities in Nigeria and internationally.

4. Wallet, Payments & Refunds

Numoie operates on a prepaid wallet system. All purchases are final. Wallet credits are non-refundable except at our sole discretion in the following limited circumstances:

• A verified technical error on our end prevented service delivery entirely
• No SMS was received within the validity period and the failure was not caused by a third-party platform’s blocking policy

Wallet credits do not expire. All pricing is displayed in USD; NGN equivalents are updated with live exchange rates for reference only. Numoie reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time with reasonable advance notice.

5. Service Limitations & Disclaimer

Numoie does not guarantee that virtual numbers will be accepted by all platforms. Services including but not limited to WhatsApp, Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and banking applications actively detect and block virtual/VoIP numbers. Numoie is not liable for failed verifications due to third-party platform policies.

Temporary email addresses may be rejected by platforms that detect disposable email providers. Numoie provides no warranty that temp emails will be accepted by any particular service or platform.

6. Account Security & 2FA

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Numoie offers Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via authenticator app or email OTP and strongly recommends enabling it. Numoie will not be liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to use available security features.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Numoie reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for: Terms violations, suspected fraud, abnormal usage patterns, chargebacks, or activity deemed harmful to our service, other users, or third parties. Remaining wallet balance may be forfeited in confirmed cases of fraud or serious Terms violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Numoie Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: lost business opportunities, failed account registrations, service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own security negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software comprising the Numoie service are the exclusive property of Numoie Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for its intended personal purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any Numoie content without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Numoie shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria. Disputes under ₦50,000 may be escalated to our support team for informal resolution before litigation.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Numoie after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
